• Teaching and education of science of our workers who are on temporary work and stay abroad; 
• Verification of professions and profiles in education; 
• Students’ standard; 
• Technological development, information and technical culture; 
• Information system; 
• International science-technical cooperation; 
• Performing surveillance under their authority; and 
• Performing other duties as stipulated by Law.
