Upon request of the European Commission, in the context of the ongoing process of explanatory meetings, for the sake of the legal clarity and ease of use, The Government of the Republic of North Macedonia publishes the version of the Constitution of the Republic of North Macedonia, containing the valid constitutional provisions in force as amended by Constitutional amendments I-XXXVI, as well as the consolidated texts of the Criminal code and the Law on Courts. These legal texts will be used for working purposes in the framework of the explanatory meetings on the acquis.
