Cvetan Tripunovski

Cvetan Tripunovski is a Macedonian politician and an agricultural engineer. He was born on 18 September 1980.
Tripunovski completed his education at the Faculty of Agriculture where he obtained the title agricultural engineer. His career started in 2005 as a Junior Associate in the Assembly of the city of Skopje, and in the period between 2006 and 2008 he held the position of a director of the State Phytosanitary Laboratory.
In the period between 2008 and 2011, Tripunovski was a member of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia. In 2012 he was part of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy and held the position of a State Advisor until 2015. In the period between 2015 and 2017 he was director of the State Inspectorate for Agriculture and he dealt with inspection supervision in agriculture, rural development, fishery and aquaculture.
In 2017 he went back to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy and held the position of a State Advisor until 2019. In 2020 he was appointed additional deputy minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy and performed this duty again in 2024. In 2022 Tripunovski worked as an advisor in the public enterprise “Parkovi i Zelenilo”.
Tripunovski is a member of VMRO-DPMNE where in 2023 and 2024 worked on various projects and initiatives. During his career he attended numerous international study visits through the TAIEX instrument of the EU (2012-2017), and seminars and trainings organized by IRI, NDI and Konrad Adenauer.
