Vice-Premier Arifi sends Europe Day greetings to Enlargement Commissioner Fule

Vice-Premier for European Affairs Teuta Arifi sent Wednesday Europe Day greetings to EU Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Fule.

In her note of congratulations Arifi says that this Day symbolizes the beginning of the great dream of united Europe.

"The European Union is a symbol of peace, stability and prosperity and these values have stimulated countries of the European continent to conduct serious political, economic reforms and introduce the European standards, practices in their societies," Arifi said in her note.

She also reaffirmed Macedonia's commitment thus far to that effect and praised the European Commission for appropriate recognition of the country's efforts. Arifi extended gratitude to Fule on his personal engagement in and commitment to Macedonia's EU-integration process.
