Igor Filkov is a consultant with a rich career in the private and non-governmental sector. He was born on June 7, 1979, in Skopje.

Filkov is completing higher education at the "Justinian First" Faculty of Law at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje, where he obtained the title of graduate lawyer.

His professional development began in 1993, when he joined the NGO Solidarity International in the local office in Macedonia for Kosovo, where he worked until 2003. In 2004, Filkov became an external collaborator on a UN FAO project in Skopje, a position he held until 2007.

From 2010 to 2013, Filkov also worked as a consultant, and in 2017 he became the manager of a private company.

Filkov is known for his delegation skills and systems organization, as well as his ability to coordinate, lead and oversee various policies, programs, projects, and budgets. His experience in positions where communication and negotiation are of immense importance allows him to handle a variety of situations where teamwork is essential.
