PM Gruevski: We are open for a dialogue, based on arguments
We remain committed to a dialogue within the institutions, to the dialogue that will bring opposition SDSM back to the Parliament, where we shall talk about all issues they wish to be discussed in order to resolve and overcome the situation they put Macedonia in on December 24 and few days earlier, which is unfavorable for the country's image, Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski told reporters on Wednesday.
"We are fully prepared for the next local elections to be monitored by OSCE and ODIHR, and for the observing process to be enhanced as mush as SDSM wish for and these organization will agree upon. We are fully ready, if they still believe that something has not been done yet or is being uncompleted in regard to the Voters' List, to be wrapped up, leaving no doubt about a possibility of unethical, illegal actions," Mr. Gruevski said.
The ongoing SDSM activities are just an alibi for realization of their goal - calling of early parliamentary elections, the PM said.
"It is becoming clear that all of them are part of Branko Crvenkovski's scenario to save his political career within his party, as we know what is happening there," Gruevski said.
However, we are the Government and people that bear responsibility, entrusted to us by the citizens, so we cannot allow for any one's black scenario to become a reality, bring serious damage to us and undermine the state's interests and foundations, Mr. Gruevski said.
"We shall stand against any scenario by which he would like to inflict further damage, offering him at the same time an opportunity to overcome this situation, if he needs or for a moment considers that it will be good to come out from this dead end he has been leading his party to and bringing harm to the country," Mr. Gruevski said.
