Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski and Education Minister Pance Kralev Sunday attended the promotion of in vitro culture of plant tissue laboratory at Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics and nanomaterials laboratory at the Institute of Chemistry.

We have promoted today two new laboratories at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Skopje for which the government provided funds. We have invested €430.000 for the first and around €150.000 for the second laboratory, Gruevski said.

The first laboratory is very useful since it will help in creation of artificial seed which has stronger material elements and besides for scientific goals this laboratory will also be used by the companies, he said.

We did not have nanomaterials laboratory in Macedonia so far and often times the faculty realized cooperation with universities of other countries which was wasting time and money. This laboratory can be useful for students, teaching staff and the business sector, PM Gruevski said.
