SDSM leader Branko Crvenkovski is a classical example how politicians who abuse citizens' trust end their careers, Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski told reporters on Monday.

What is happening to Branko Crvenkovski is a good example to all of those who intend to enter politics to see how a politician, who on several occasions enjoyed the highest citizens trust, is coming to an end of his career, Gruevski said.

"He failed to take advantage of that trust, on the contrary he abused it by lying, manipulating and underestimating the citizens, believing they will not see that and hence this is his end," Gruevski said.

The citizens of Macedonia, he said, punish politicians who over years played with their emotions, feelings and trust, the PM said.
