Minister of Education and Science Pance Kralev during the two-day visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Wednesday signed a memo on cooperation with Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan.

The Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) and the Macedonian Ministry of Education and Science have signed the memorandum aimed at continuation of cooperation, improvement of education in Macedonia in the frames of technological faculties as well as student exchange experiences.

Two ministers agreed to promote inter-university cooperation in scientific and technological spheres including the areas of education and scientific researches, the Ministry of Education said in a press release.

The cooperation foresees research of programmes for student exchange between the University of Information Science and Technology and the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), design, development, seminars, conference and other scientific symposiums in the interest of two countries as well as a research of potential spheres for cooperation with the HCT's Centre of Excellence for Applied Research & Train­ing (CERT).
