Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski sent Friday Easter greetings to Catholic believers in Macedonia

"The Day of Christ's Resurrection is the greatest and most significant Holiday in the history of mankind. By the Christ's Resurrection people have obtained, discovered the meaning of their existence and learned to be guided through life by values, trust, kindness, faith and love. On Easter, the God made the greatest sacrifice, demonstrated the largest love for mankind, offering himself to everybody, and that love is our guideline in every-day life, to create, help, pray, forgive and work for better future for each person," Gruevski says in his note.

Therefore, let's thank God for his kindness, bless his name and hold our hearts always open for him.

"Let's believe in God even in times of greatest temptation, never to give up our values that lead us forward through the life, as they are our spiritual, physical power that gives us strength for new accomplishments. In this spirit, let's keep working together with commitment, responsibility on creating better conditions for developing the society, economic prosperity, higher standard for our citizens and helping the vulnerable in favor of Macedonia's progress," the note reads.
