Premier Nikola Gruevski and Minister of Education and Science Pance Kralev promoted Friday 25 new titles  - part of the Government's project for translation of 1.000 reference books and textbooks used in top universities across the globe.

Most of the new books are about health care - one of the government's top priorities, Gruevski said, mentioning the investments in equipment, labs, reconstruction of health institutions, training of doctors and many other reform activities.

This literature should be the main source for future doctors, who are given access to textbooks being used by their colleagues from the most prestigious universities worldwide, Gruevski said.

Thus far 787 titles have been translated and distributed to libraries and universities throughout Macedonia. The project is to be finalized by the end of this year.
