Gruevski-Blair: Tolerance and peaceful conflict resolution

Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski met Wednesday the former British Premier, Tony Blair, who is in Macedonia to attend the Sahara Balkan Peace Festival.

Gruevski and Blair commended such events, as their main goal is to promote peace. They highlighted the significance of tolerance, cooperation among nations, prevention and peaceful resolution of conflicts.

Gruevski briefed the guest on the Government's activities in regard to Macedonia's EU, NATO integration, economy, education and culture.

The meeting also addressed the global economic trends and possibilities for bolstering the economic growth.
