FinMin Stavreski presents apartment keys won in fiscal receipt lottery

Luck comes when you least expect it or hoping for it. Now, this theory is once again being proven by the fact that the main prize, an apartment in Skopje in the fiscal receipt lottery, has been won by a pensioner from Kumanovo, Deputy PM and Finance Minister Zoran Stavreski said Saturday presenting the apartment keys to the winner.

"Trajko Kuzmanovski and his family are the best example that luck comes when you least expect it. He and his wife have only sent one envelope and won the coveted prize, an apartment in downtown Skopje. This shows that anyone participating in the lottery can be a winner. I'm particularly glad that a humble and working family was lucky enough to win the apartment," Stavreski stated.

The winner Trajko Kuzmanovski could not contain his excitement. "I never hoped or believed that we could win the apartment. I urge the citizens to take part in the lottery and to never lose hope that luck will come."

The lottery, aimed at improving fiscal discipline in the country, is organized by the State Lottery of Macedonia under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance.

By sending in envelopes containing 20 collected receipts, people can win a house, a flat, commercial premises, cars, computers and other prizes.
