Macedonia's EU-integration -- the Government's strategic goal -- was a subject of discussion at Thursday's meeting of Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski and Christian Danielsson, Director General for Enlargement at the European Commission.

Gruevski briefed the high guest on ongoing reforms in the country for meeting the EU standards and praised the contribution of European institutions to that effect.

Gruevski and Danielsson also tackled the plans on future European support of Macedonia's projects and reforms.

The interlocutors praised the Macedonian-EU High-Level Accession Dialogue (HLAD) and its contribution to the EU-related reforms in the country.
