PM Gruevski: Changes to Law on Real Estate Cadastre for better public service

Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski announced Thursday in Veles three amendments to the Law on Cadastre.

The first one offers possibility for free-of charge preparation of documentation for legalization of illegally erected buildings for about 40.000 beneficiaries of public welfare.

The second one is related to setting up a registry of prices on the real estate market. It will include the prices of all sold properties in Macedonia.

The registry will be available online, enabling companies and citizens to monitor the fluctuation of prices on the real estate market, Gruevski said.

The third novelty refers to the Cadastre project for introduction of a single e-front desk, which will offer more efficient services to citizens in terms of collecting the necessary data.

Today Gruevski also announced an investment of EUR 21 million in overhauling of the road sections Veles-Skopje and Veles-Kvadrifakovo.
