Vice PM Arifi meets President of Austria's National Council, Prammer

Vice PM in charge of European affairs, Teuta Arifi met Thursday with the President of the Austrian National Council, Barbara Prammer.

Interlocutors discussed bilateral cooperation and the EU integration process of Macedonia, the Secretariat for European Affairs said in a press release.

Vice PM Arifi presented the reforms included in the European agenda that are implemented in Macedonia. Arifi mainly focused on the activities envisaged by the operational roadmap on the realisation of goals stemming from the high level accession dialogue.

Talks also focused on the importance of parliamentary cooperation in the overall development of bilateral ties and in implementing countries' policies.

The President of the National Council, Prammer said that Austria supported the EU integration of Macedonia, adding that activities of the accession dialogue would enable the country to better implement European standards.
