The President of the Government, Hristijan Mickoski today met the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden to North Macedonia, H.E. Ami Larsson Jain.

At the meeting they exchanged opinions and views on current political and economic affairs, as well as on the progress of the European integrations of the country. President Mickoski underscored the importance of the cooperation with Sweden, while stressing that the support provided by Sweden is of immense importance for the development and stability of the country.

Ambassador Larsson Jain reaffirmed the commitment of Sweden for continuation of the excellent cooperation with North Macedonia so far while reiterating the readiness to provide support in key reforms and projects foreseen for the forthcoming period.

The meeting ended with an agreement to further strengthen bilateral relations and intensify cooperation in various areas of mutual interest.
