PM Gruevski offers condolences over Burgas terrorist attack

Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski on Thursday sent a letter of condolences to Israeli counterpart Benjamin Netanyahu on the victims of a terrorist attack in the Bulgarian city of Burgas, in which five Israeli tourists lost their lives.

"Despite the fact that in these hard moments of shock there are no words to relieve the pain allow me on the behalf of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia to offer my deepest sympathies and condemn this shameful, cowardly act. This act has also shaken the citizens of Macedonia. Once again the terrorism has shown to choose no place or victims to achieve its goals. The citizens of Macedonia sincerely sympathize with the people of Israel and families that lost their beloved ones in this horrid attack. Our thoughts and prayers are with you," Gruevski says in his letter.
