Culture Minister Elizabeta Kanceska-Milevska visited Thursday Cultural Centre in Debar and met with director Artin Spahiu. At the meeting she expressed satisfaction from cultural events which are being realised through annual programme for 2012, Ministry of Culture said in a press release.

The ministry supports projects of ensembles that cherish the folklore and tradition both on Macedonian and Albanian language as well as drama and production realised at festivals and manifestations in the Cultural Centar in Debar.

Several projects are realised in the Cultural Centre in Debar which contribute to cultural affirmation of the town. Musical-scene projects with educational and multi-ethnic character are financed, Kanceska-Milevska said.

The ministry allocated funds for construction of the entrance plateau in front of the Cultural Centre and basement facilities will be reconstructed in the following period.
