PM Gruevski visits flood-ravaged regions in eastern Macedonia

This is a major tragedy with severe consequences and people are desperate as they lost everything they had in five minutes, Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski told reporters during his visit to the flood-ravaged regions in eastern Macedonia.

The Government is and will keep doing everything in its power to help the people affected by this disaster, he said.

Gruevski said he the public would get regular reports on the Government's next measures and possibilities to grant further assistance.

Today, accompanied by Ministers of Transport/Communication and Labor/Social Policy, Mile Janakieski and Spiro Ristovski respectively, the PM visited residents of settlements Novo Selo and  Livadi in Stip and Sveti Nikole.
