A technological industrial development zone (TIRZ) will be built in Delcevo on 20 acres of state-owned land. The construction is going to begin at the end of this year and is expected to be ready by 2015, Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski announced during Monday's visit to Crna Skala, near Delcevo, where the zone will be located.

- The building of the infrastructure is going to begin in the fourth quarter this year. At the moment the projects are being prepared. The building will take place 2014 and hopefully will be finished by 2015, Gruevski said, expressing hope that it will attract large companies.

He emphasized that there is a practice to invite investors three months after the start of the construction of TIRZ  because, as he said, they can decide to build during the construction of the zone.

Given the proximity, Gruevski expressed hope that the construction of the zone will be an impetus for cooperation with Bulgaria.
