Prime Minster Nikola Gruevski and Education Minister Spiro Ristovski attended Sunday the opening ceremony of fully reconstructed regional "Toso Arsov" school in Stip.

Gruevski said that the investment in the education is government’s essential determination and it is the only path which opens to every young person the doors of life and at the same time this path will provide progress of the country.

For this purpose the government has allocated €100.000 for full reconstruction of this school. The school got new conditions for work in the educational process and it will meet the needs of the inhabitants of the surrounding settlements, Gruevski said.

He mentioned the government’s investments in the past period in several primary and secondary schools and sports halls.

We are continuing with the investments in “Goce Delcev” University. Today we opened the new lab for microscopy and electronic microanalysis and radiopharmacy as well as mobile environmental lab at this university, and we will continue with the same intensity in the future, Gruevski said.

He said that construction company that will construct Miladinovci – Stip highway announced to begin the works on Feb. 23 and new clinical hospital will start to be built on January or February 2014.

He also announced construction of the second factory in the Technological Industrial Development Zone which will be built by a Croatian company. Stip and eastern region will get cargo airport by 2020.

Education Minister Spiro Ristovski said that the reconstruction of the school was completed thanks to the engagement of Stip mayor Ilco Zahariev.

In only fourth months we reconstructed the building and students got modern conditions for education, Ristovski said.
