The President of the Government, Hristijan Mickoski today met the Ambassador of the European Union to North Macedonia, David Geer.
At the meeting, the two exchanged opinions and views on current political and economic affairs, as well as on the progress of the integration of the country into the European Union.
President Mickoski underlined the importance of the support provided by the European Union on the reform processes and stability of the country and concluded that the Government will continue its work together with the EU in the spirit of partnership and common values.
Ambassador Geer reaffirmed the commitment of the EU for continuation of the excellent cooperation with North Macedonia so far while expressing the readiness to provide support in key reforms and projects foreseen for the forthcoming period.
The meeting ended with an agreement to further strengthen bilateral relations and intensify cooperation in various areas of mutual interest.
